Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I contact you?
Ideally 6–8 weeks ahead for a mid-sized event, and 3 months for large conferences or galas. Short notice can work too, if the budget allows.
Do you organise events outside Oradea?
Yes, across Bihor County and the surrounding area. For other cities, we discuss each case individually.
Can I book only some of the services?
Yes. Some clients already have the venue or catering and only need coordination, materials and promotion.
